Day 4: Your First Sentences
Simple Present Tense

The simple present tense is used to talk about habits, facts, and daily routines (e.g., "I eat," "She goes"). In English, we add an "-s" for he/she/it. In Hindi, the verb ending changes based on the subject's gender and number. For a male subject ("I play"), it's "Main khelta hoon" (मैं खेलता हूँ). For a female subject ("She plays"), it's "Vah khelti hai" (वह खेलती है). This is a fundamental concept in Hindi grammar.
